Also available: 14 inch self-locking, tamper-evident nylon ties to secure top flaps instead of tape. Ties have tensile strength of 120 pounds and hold up in temperatures down to 40 degrees F. 100 per bag. Cost per bag is $15.

It is understood and agreed that seller's liability whether in contract,
in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise shall not exceed the
return of the amount of the purchase price paid by purchaser and under no
circumstances shall seller be liable for incidental, special, indirect or
consequential damages. The price stated for the equipment is a consideration in
limiting seller's liability. The remedies provided in this contract for breach
thereof by the seller shall constitute the exclusive remedies available to the
buyer and all other remedies which might otherwise be available under the law of
any jurisdiction are hereby waived by the buyer.
